"Any form of diplomatic discussion between opponents must be posted in the game chat in English or in a language that all opponents understand. Diplomacy includes, but is not limited to: proposing truces, negotiating alliances, and coordinating assaults."

Mods, FYI: This rule was not broken. The chat in Dutch is about one player complaining that the other player had given away the game to the third player and some bickering about that afterwards.

There was no Diplomacy talk at all in dutch , next time you might wanne use google translate
