u might have a case here but I think u need to do a bit more work and show some clear examples of ratings abuse....he has only left 40 odd ratings so it should be easy to pull out some clear ratings abuse.....u cant just expect everyone and the Mods to look threw this guys history.....

Please give me 5 ratings that are considered abuse and explain why they are abuse. Don't just post look at his ratings given.

I think the OP is right. It seems the accused is a sore loser and gives bad ratings to those who defeat him.

Here are a few:

Game 9894089 canuck351 beats the accused in 3 rounds and the accused rates him all 1's and tags him "coward".

Game 9865999 Falkomagno beats the accused in 5 rounds. In the game chat the accused writes "gg" but still gives the winner all 1's.

Game 9745985 Tobikera wins the game fair and square and gets bad ratings. Nothing in game chat either that would warrant such bad ratings.

Game 9893995 Butters1919 wins the game, no chat at all but gets a bad rating.

The most blatant one: Game 9894092 stevenshome wins in 5 turns and the accused even puts "gg wp" in chat but nevertheless dishes out a bad rating.

I'd say that is ratings abuse.

This kind of behavior affect negatively the rating system. This kind of players encourages negative responses and experiences in the game and for a new player can be a really bad indicator of the site, since with not enough fair ratings, a sore loser subjective rating of 1 can give the wrong impression of a new player to the community.

This should be not tolerated

Sorry... I'll be more descriptive. Here are some examples of what I think is abuse.

Game 9894089 Ratings left for canuck351 are 3x1 star even though they have played 2 games and canuck won 1
Game 9893995 Ratings left for Butters1919 are 3x1 star even though I won the game (and he called me a coward) and posted a derogatory comment on my wall (deleted)
Game 9877252 Ratings left for silk_ are 3x1 star even though silk won 2 of three. Left a tag "complainer". No instances of complaining in any of 3 games they've played in
Game 9865999 Ratings left for Falkomagno are 3x1 star even though falk won the game
Game 9823423 Ratings left for donotscarethbuly are 3x1 star even though donots won the game

There are many more...

I think it's important to back "ratings abuse" claims up with cited evidence, but this particular case is way over the top. He clearly responds to losing with serial one-star ratings. The chat logs are generally devoid of dialog with him yet he seems pretty sure that he is playing lousy cheaters with bad attitudes - especially when he loses.
