When you say spam bot do you mean a none human user whose only intention is to spam? He hasn't played any games but he's only made 4 posts so he doesn't seem to be very dangerous.

not very dangerous, but all his posts have links on them, what if he starts linking to malicious sites. Hell the ones that he posted could effect your computer, idk theres no way in hell im clicking them

People have been banned for Soliciting in Live Chat and made 1-2 posts before.

This guy has not returned since his last post. This has been noted in his profile. We'll see if he comes back again and says something with some advertisements below his post just to confirm if this report/suspicion holds merit.
