Added form. If you want the mods to look at this you'll need to provide some information as to why you believe secret diplomacy has occurred, and any evidence you have to support that

i hate to tell you but it looks like you have became victim of the old terminator use of higher ranks eliminating the lower ranks. it was all in game chat so it is allowed. the only thing you can do is search there game history together and if they have done this a lot then possible c and a mods might put a block on there accounts from playing together. but 1 game will not surfice for this.

yup this was one of the reasons why i didnt bother with the termites forum, its like an old pals act

Not that this has too much weight, but I know the guy well, he plays the game for fun. He wins when he can, just like all of us, and plays only by fair means. He wouldn't cheat to achieve his goals from what I know.

The evidence is right there in the chat. A guy eliminates all but one territory to had the game to someone else, and says so right in the chat. Maybe it's not secret diplomacy, but it's cheating, poor sportsmanship, cheap tactics, whatever. So if they won't sanction him, other people will at least see what kind of a player he is.

So post the evidence and a description of what happened. Don't rely on the mods (who will have no context) to figure out where the information is and what is relevant. They'll act on evidence, but not if you aren't willing to show them where the issue is.

Also, if it isn't secret diplomacy it'd pay to explain exactly how the person is cheating. Remember, there's a big difference between cheating and cheap tactics. The former will get sanctioned if you give the mods the information to identify it, whereas if it is the later you will need to foe, rate and move on.

To me it is clear that rnunez deliberately threw the game. He has received a WARNING.

NO I didnt throw the game. I really thought (in my head) ARTY would go for my plan and share points after I took out red. It didnt work. No cheating. No PMs. No Instant Messenager. Nothing.

I wont be doing trying that anymore ...

This guy is as honest as they come, if he says he didn't throw it then I believe him. I think this ruling is a little harsh

I thought also, that there had to be some consistent abuse and game history evidence to back these type of things up. Not just one game. or am i getting confused with ratings abuse

We all thought (The Agents of Chaos) that this was just a nonsense case that would simply just be cleared. That is why we haven't commented so far. Perhaps rnunez was a little foolish with his expectations, but I can't see how he threw the game deliberately.

We would be most appreciative if you could please take another look at this, it doesn't seem clear cut to me at all.

You keep saying things that make it look like you had planned it. Your post above doesn't change my mind it only convinces me more. Add that to the game chat and you will be hard pressed to convince me otherwise.

I can see how it looks, and I can see why you think he did throw the game. But I also know the player well, and I guess that makes the difference. I do think the ruling is harsh, and not deserved, but I am not arrogant or disrespectful, so I wont go telling a Mod his ruling is wrong, when i can see how he reached the decision.

So i asked you to look again for me there is doubt here, and he didn't just hand the game over he thought they would share the points in a terminator game. That makes it obvious that there was no SD as the other player just took the game. This was a foolish thing to do and a big risk, but all i can see rnunez is guilty of is being a little naive. If there is doubt surely a noted verdict would be more appropriate ?

If rnunez had never been busted for anything before, shouldn't he get a 'noted' not a 'warned'?

Or have the infraction rules changed?

Noted is for when it is not quite clear if he threw the game or not. According to Evil Semp (And from my knowledge, the other hunters, since one hunter alone doesn't look at the case), they thought he did throw it, so he was warned.
