The accused are suspected of: Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Comments: Mutual territories have only 1 troop each between Mexico and Hawaii. And both are only attacking our team. No public board messages of a truce between the two. Just perfect coordinated 1 troop on boarder of enemy.

One or both need to be kicked out of the game for secret diplomacy...

In my opinion you were looking like the favorite to win at that time. Put yourself in their position and was it in their best interest to break each others bonus? Just because someone doesn't do what you think they should do doesn't make it secret diplomacy.I don't see the diplomacy here. bowlerguy and workbreak are CLEARED.
