I saw on the wall of ReichZealand this following comment "Early truce on are border in the speed game. Keep it at no more then 10 troops?", made by murray1902 at 12:36 on 05 Oct 2011. I searched their games together and found speed game Game 9861025 in progress during that time.

Reichzealand, didn't appear to reply to truce attempt on wall, in game chat the accused is also asking others for truces. Ignorance is no excuse, but could someone be so obviously stupid. One would hope he didn't know was breaking the rules.

Murray1902 has been WARNED for secret diplomacy. I don't see Reichzealand working with murray1902 in this so he is not getting a warning.
