Has only just joined CC but in less than 2 hours has found his way to the forum and created a well thought out tournament.
This tournament has rules for what happens if an invite is not accepted, which maps will be played and when (maps he has not yet played on), meets the minimum number of entrants and has precise details on game options such as Spoils & FoW.
