As the log shows, Red (LuckyDog) and Blue (foster-merrit) have not attacked each other or even tried to take any region bonuses off each other. For the last couple of turns there were easy opportunities to take a region off each other. Instead Red attacks a total of 15 (11 + 2 + 2 ) of me doesn't touch blue where 2 easy targets were available. Next turn Blue doesn't take the 1 off red but attacks the 15 off me even thought I did not have the region bonus ??? I suspect somoe kind of secret diplomacy between them both as it makes no logical sense for the last 3 turns what they did.

I feel its very blatant

looking at the game play and the logs, there was attacking on all sides, meaning the accused where actively attacking each other and others. This might be a case where you "think" you see SD but it is just game play of others.
