Accused:
albiestarThe accused are suspected of:
Other: Intentional deadbeating
Game number(s):
Game 9607124Comments: I joined an open spot in a 4 team dubs game but before I could invite my regular clan partner this
albiestar joined (and the game started before I had the chance to drop it). He then proceeds to miss 2 turns in a row but at the same time does play turns in other games which leads me to suspect he is missing turns intentionally. Another player informed me that he seems to do that to other players too, join teamgames and then mess them up. Already foed but please at least warn this clown.
Game 9607124 2011-09-07 11:35:21 - albiestar missed a turn (note: in this game he is my "partner" and misses 2 turns in a row)
Game 9549932 2011-09-07 06:25:43 - albiestar received 3 troops for 8 regions (note: in this game he is my opponent, and he misses no turns whatsoever).

What a bonehead. He is winning his games at an incredible rate though.

If you look at his profile, it looks like he's active in well over 100 games, so I'll bet he just doesn't always have time to take all of his turns.
I've played several games with him before (thank goodness not on the same team) and he would miss a turn here and there in some of the games but not in all of them, seemingly at random.

then he should just be warned to join less games or not be allowed to join teamgames. Who would ever volunraily want to join someone with a 76% turn rate At least people reading this will have the option to foe him. I have foed many people simply by reading posts in this C&A forum...

He is a nuisance to have in a game. I foed him cuz his missed turn shenanigans - misses a couple and comes back and misses more and comes back deferred troop crap.
I also noticed I would never want him as a partner - he is either a horrible player or intentional sinks his teams. It's pretty well free points to have him as an opponent but most people don't want to deal with his crap. I don't.
As many turns as he does miss CC should warn him because it does ruin the fun for his partners and is basically point dumping.

Maybe there are valid reasons he can not take turns in 100 games a day. Then just join less games. Then you also have time to read the game log and chat. I would be willing to help lowpointers to learn the game but you have to invest some time and read chat, pm's and wallposts. I think he just should get a friendly reminder that what he is doing is making the game less fun for other people. Either way, I am also drawing attention to this so people can foe players like this so they won't accidentally find themselves in the same team with a lowballer who manages to join the game in the 10 second it takes between you joining the game and inviting your regular partner, like what happened to me.

I'm pretty sure he's doing it to attract the curious. His wall advertises a website which is just loaded with pay-per-click crap. I think he figures that being the lowest on the scoreboard will make people curious, they will go check out his profile, and then go check out his website.
(Worked on me. Who knows how many others?)
He's actually got 5 points now! Most of the time he manages to keep it to 1 or 2.

He actually has 1 point, I guess the scoreboard hadn't updated yet when you looked. He has a massive 333 active games right now - impossible to play all the turns imo.
Looks like he is continuing to lowball after being warned already.....

I don't think it is possible to reach to 1 point without intentionally throwing games. IMO there is certainly something wrong with this guy.. he joined 2 of my team games (first player on the opposing team in each case) and was certainly not an asset to that team (including the missed turns) i thought it was just that he was a horrible player but it seems obvious that it was a lot more.

333 active games? Wow that is absurd. Those are 333 ruined games basically. Guy seems to have been warned before so maybe a stronger message is needed.

I think he joins every team game there is. Before I foed him, he would join every team game I started, then those games would take weeks to fill up because nobody wanted to be his teammate.

you cant tell me you have never played the man with 1 point?!? he does this often joins tons of games and doesnt get on for 2 days then randomly gets on. he does not do this on purpose (as far as i can tell) but it is annoying

Managed to avoid it. Normally I am quick enough inviting my teamgame partners. Next time I will only joining games when Albiestar is offline. You're right, he actually is down to 1 point now, that has to be some kind of record.

As of this post he had about 270 active games. Regretfully joining that many games is not against the rules. I haven't looked at his game play but my guess is he signs in and takes his turn in as many turns that he can or wants to. I also think he doesn't even look at what he is doing.
I am going to get input from the men in red on what exactly can be done here.

As someone else said, I really don't believe you can get to 1 point without doing so intentionally. I think my cat could do better than this guy, and he's pretty dumb for a cat.

Can we get him kicked out of his current games for rule violations to speed them up a little?
