The accused are suspected of:
major infraction
posting of personal info (my real first name)


Comments: i have just read the case verdict from king a where he has stated the following.

i do think the ruling was bollocks and have brought this case forward to show you how petty things are going to get because of the ruling.

I think the exact phrasing of the rule specifies personally identifiable information.
I'm unsure on whether a simple name(uncorroborated until now) is enough to be in breach of the guidelines.

(Further, aren't you and jj supposed to have left each other alone by now?)

lol i am just proving a point leehar. personal info is

name
date of birth
etc


my first name can be used for people to link to my facebook account where there is more info put that along with the site advertising my date of birth there is all the info you need to get a credit card under my name.

So you admit this is a spurious accusation, and the fact that you've made it against someone you have a history of making spurious accusations against is typical. You have made self glorified noises about keeping things in private forums private..... Yet you bring something from a private usergroup into a public thread. You have in the past released even more information than this CC.

If your attempting to make a point, you know well enough how to open E-Tickets, report posts etc. In fact you have a history of both reporting a post, and then making an accusation in cheating and abuse as well, add a bit of public ridicule if you can. Is that the strategy once again? This was CLEARLY SPELLED OUT TO YOU in the last spurious accusation you made.

my first name is real information about myself my site name is eddie2. so all comments towards myself should be under the name of eddie2 or eddie

the above bits are in the rules and were used in the owenshooter case.

then you come to this.

now with all of the above being put together it means that jefjef did break that rule of the site that can end in a player being removed from it. do you not think it is stupid. me personally i think it is but there has been a precident set in the owenshooter case. i really hope the site changes the rules surronding all of this because they are totally dumb. As for your statement about me using jefjef to bring this case up he is the only person on this site to call me by my first name before i opened this case. and what is different i have never gave jefjef any information about myself.

as for using something in the cla which is a private forum this is acceptable by king a's highlighting in the owenshooter case as weel.

he stated from the rules this part.

What you have posted was in a PRIVATE forum, only seeable by the CLA, therefore not to the general public. By bringing it out into the open YOU have told everyone what your name is. If he had bought it out into the open along with a link to your facebook page, thats when it becomes personal info.

Someone lock this before it becomes a. a flame fest or b. an even more spurious report than it is please.

This includes posting personal information about a CC user on another site, you will be held accountable here.

Many 1st names are commonly used here at CC . Lets use IR's as an example. Now lets to a forum search of all who posted her name and file some more complaints...

This is ONLY a spurious complaint and yet another sad attempt to "get back at jefjef". I would say it's time that eddie gets his due for his misuse of this forum.

It IS childish, yes. And vindictive. No doubt about it. And it should be handled that way. But I don't think it's spurious...he has a point.

i am laughing because how petty the crime is with the punishment. at the end of it my name is personal info that you have not been given from me. and by site rules are not allowed to post at any point or anywhere. unless they are gonna change them then yes i do find it funny.

what i mean by this is as follows.

out of some of the reports i thought were real offenses but cc found them to be spurious or what ever. i do feel this is the worst but as the rules stand at present you have broke them. so this one is not a spurious report read the owen thread and king a's posts there is what you need to show this is a site rule been broken.

come on Colin, you could have brought this to the admins attention without this attention seeking thread.
