only 1 appeared to be online when i joined the game.
then the first attacked me,
then the second came suddenly online and attacked (how surprising) me and only me
then the third came online and attacked (you guessed it) me

please note: they each had plenty of targets, for legit territory reasons and for low-troop-target reasons, but all suddenly came online one after another and attacked me and only me. note they start their turn almost momentarily one after another.

* all attacks and reinforcements are drawn in the relevant color
* me being targeted are the yellow "boxes"
* note the troop and territory count after their turns...

I see your arguments, But its not an alliance if all of us individuals see that one (The accuser) is outranking us, and therefor a greater threat to all of us. i attacked on my first to berlin because i for one like to get europe in the first place, and look at the game NOW, i have succeeded. and not only did i attack THE ACCUSER i also attacked anthonyx01, im simply just taking over europe, you cant charge me for cheating at ALL unless i assault you without reason to, and my reason is VERY substantial. and your accusing all of us having the same computer? or cellphone? your forgetting that we actually play eachother. we know eachother, i texted nick and anthony to play because we all hate waiting and when we play people we cant get a hold of, they take forever to take their turn. its obvious your a stranger so ofcourse you would be a prime target, wouldnt anyone? im sure you would do the same. alliances are deals made to not attack eachother but if you look at the game now i have attacked anthonyx01, sorry, you have no argument. against me at least.

And if your wondering why i took my turn so soon, i always do; i have the game on a separate tab and i'm constantly refreshing it so people don't have to wait so long to actually play the game.

are you guys friends if so you should stay away from games with each other.

first of all: u "texted him" and he read it, opend a new tab, logged in, and got online- all within less than a single minute? (check the logging-in times) does he live next to his computer??? if he was next to it he could have STAYED online... (u did write that "we all hate waiting")

secondlly- if "three" of you like to play games "fast" why dont you "three" stay online?!?!

and last- "they take forever to take their turn"- this game has a 24-hoer turn system. if your lucky your opponent will play his turn fast, and if your not he wont- if its so important for you- you can BUY A PREMIUM account and play speed games. so dont give me that excuse... (my dog eat my credit card, so i cant pay 25$ once a year to play speed game i just LOVE...)

oh, and i forgot- if you "three" (i mean the PC IP and the cell IP and the Laptop IP or however you do it) are so close and are in such good contact ("they" all managed to go online within 60 SECONDS of your SMS!!!) how come the "other" guy anthony01x hasnt gone online for almost 24 HRS??? (2011-08-20 20:42:11 - anthony01x ended the turn and got spoils. Last visited: Sun Aug 21, 2011 2:54 am and its Mon Aug 22, 2011 4:17 pm now ) you wrote that "we all hate waiting" so were has "he" gone??? you can SMS him and have him online in, say, 40 seconds (right?)

im not a judge or a lawyer, but were i live if the defendant admits and says the truth the court give him a less-severe punishment since he admitted and regrets his mistake. so just admit it and save me all the argue and quoting and proofing etc...

It does NOT take more then a minute to log on, unless you

A) Freeload off your neighbor's internet
B) Type slower then an infant
C) Don't know how to save in login information

It literally takes no more then 10 seconds (and that's being generous) to get on and enter a game.
