I dont think you deserve a warning here. Clearly you think, you could get away with it one time, so you tried it? Not so nice insult, now that this has reached the public you have offended many observers.

This is different form the usual "so and so" said/used the word gay/retard......first time Iv seen someone use the "N" word...

looking at some of his other games gives an impression of a player with a shit attitude.......
nothing is ever there fault..they only lose when other people do dumb shit and dont play according there strategy/ the dice fucked them and thats why they have lost....

for someone who has played about 2000 games u should be well aware by now that all of this is par for the course and to just accept that u cant win every game no matter how good u are...

anyway I think this is a straight forward ruling here....

When ratings first emerged on the website, they came in a different format. Those ratings came from 2008, if you go to the last page of anyones ratings who has been around that long (mine for example) you shall find the same pattern.

That's not how I read it!

For clear cut examples of Bigotry, use the altered proposed Guidelines: Small Vacation, Increased Vacation, Permanent Vacation. This allows for stricter and stiffer punishment to those who know what they are doing, and gets the point across the Bigotry will not be tolerated.

You can't get more "clear cut" than the "N" word..

Major/Severe Infractions are those that are more than just annoying, but are intentionally hurtful to a user, group of users, or the community in general. This includes but is not limited to: Cyber-bullying/Harassment, Bigotry, Personal Information Abuse, Account Sitting Abuse, Intentional Deadbeating, Repeatedly Holding Players Hostage, Serial Teammate Killing, Hijacking Accounts, Systematically "Farming" New Recruits, Gambling, and **Illegal Point Collecting,** etc.

Major/Severe Infractions follow a shortened vacation escalation scale of:
Warning,
One Month Vacation,
Permanent Vacation.
