Game 9398111 Round 15 and 16 :

Secret Diplomacy

player 1 : fran2010 and player 2 chaton doux

i'm not against truces but here in this game nothing in the chat tell us there's an alliance between the 2 players

Game 9398111

Rule #2: No secret diplomacy

Any form of diplomatic discussion between opponents must be posted in the game chat in English or in a language that all opponents understand. Diplomacy includes, but is not limited to: proposing truces, negotiating alliances, and coordinating assaults

ChatonDoux had Europe, +/- 35 on Moskva ...he had Canada and US (17 on Alaska)
Fran had Far East and Indian +/- 30 35 40 on Pakistan, China, Mongolia

Fran took Russia and let just 1 troop on every country

Chaton take his turn and does nothing against Fran on Komi or Sakha

I think ok one turn he forget no problem

Fran take his turn, reinforce

A new turn for Chatondoux : 1) he still let Komi and Sakha to Fran without attack (there is still 1 and 1 on every country)
and 2) he took armies from Alaska to reinforce his US south borders !! (letting 9 on Alaska) Fran had 25 each turn he can easily broke up Canada's defense but also Europe defense cause Chaton let Greenland, Iceland, Norway and British Isles with only 1 troop ................ :o

then i open game finder to see the games of Chatondoux, and what a surprise : he played +/- 15 games, 5 double games with who ? I ask you ! .......Fran ........

I can see where you are coming from when it comes to chatondoux not breaking the bonus when fran had 1's there. At the time he was trying to secure a bonus in N America and you were working on parts of Africa. I don't know if taking a 4 bonus away would be worth it at that time when he was trying to expand his empire.

That being said it does look suspicious enough that I will NOTE this report. Also I will NOTE you chat in another language that not all players in the game understand. You were told by jimboston that he did not understand and you continued to use another language.

If I was in that game and ran your first sentence through an online translator I might have thought you were trying to team up with green against red. Many people don't even bother using a translator and start a thread about someone not speaking in English.

If you were conducting secret diplomacy in another language why should jim believe your translation? Just a thought.
