Multi user Chililili/findulfin[Busted]e84

Being Multis
Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Comments: Well I'm not sure but regarding to our actual games and the couples I checked from them, it seems that these 2 players are 1 or they are "friends" with secret diplomacy. All map where they were playing together were Napoleonic Europe 1812, they won a couple of them. It was always Chililili who was winning and findulfin never attacked him, even when he was obviously leading and about to win. Findulfin seems to be a 2nd user just here to attack and clear for the other guy. It's happening right now in my game I quoted. I have to check again the others game but I'm pretty sure findulfin even didn't try to take one capital from Chililili to prevent him from winning (its a map with objective : hold 5 capitals to win). That's why I suspect something here...
PS sorry if my english is not perfect, I'm French. If I forgot any details, just tell me it's the first time I report someone.
