The accused are suspected of:

Other: ratings abuse

Comments: Looks like that one month ratings ban GeneralAnestetic recieved last spring didn't really get the message through. If you look at his 'ratings left' page there are 4 entire entries that aren't all ones (and I suspect he threw those 4 in just to claim "he wasn't leaving all ones") and with the exception of the ratings at the very bottom of the page these are all ratings left since he was banned.

When reporting ratings abuse usually they want you to provide 5 examples.

looks like its a sport for him to piss people off.

It's not about growing a tougher skin. He's abusing the privilege of ratings.
