i mean, do you really think that is a credible threat?

I don't believe that the key point is not whether or not I THINK it is a credible threat, the point is that he made it.

I think it's too absurd to be considered an actual legitimate threat, though because it's involving children I personally feel it should be at least a warning.

I think the accused seems to be under a lot of stress and deserves a little vacation so he can cool down and think things over a little bit.
