The rules say when it's in the games chat than it is allowed.All the player's must know it.But realy fair is it not.

16. Can I make an alliance or truce with another player?

Yes, but you must conduct all diplomacy in the in game chat.

please note there can only be one winner, so you are allowed to break an alliance, and lie within the gamechat. You could say yes, and simply build to win the game and this would be within the rules. People do not have to be happy about it, and may rate you accordingly, but it is legal.

Actually Achello, who was so innocent asking here, if he can make an alliance. He made that secretly with that guy 'mafcta', which are the same dude, who has two accounts. Where can I report him ? The fraud came up, cause they palyed synconised even if the timezone was nearly 7 hours ahead.
