Since then, those two have only attacked me. This is obviously secret diplomacy.

This was written on laluttefinale's wall about same game:
"How about a deal in the World 2.1 about a truce that you don't attack me from Moskva and I don't attack Moskva as a result?"

offinthecorner = noted
laluttefinale = noted

Looking at the game log from the time that hotblood posted the first SD post on laluttefinale's wall, no real retaliation against OP.
Continuing thru the game log from the time that hot posted the second SD post on offinthecorner's wall, again no real retaliation against OP.

Finish the game, foe and move on.
