Played WiseViking in a Speed Game. He said something in terrible English. I checked his wall to see what country he was from and saw the following on his wall:


I did notice that neither of them won either game, so Idk if we care necessarily. Also, nothing was on Th Hammer's wall.

It does look suspect BUT there wasn't any concrete evidence of tactics/SD (i.e. "Stop attacking me on Seattle and you can have Los Angeles on game 89XXXXXX").
