The accused are suspected of:
Ratings Abuse (Starting to)

Game 9027108 - Gave MROSSMY all 1 star's and a deadbeat tag, even though he/she didn't miss 1 turn.
Game 8916652 - Gave rubydoo all 1 star's, a deadbeat tag and reckless. He didn't miss a turn,
Game 8756344 - Gave juan carlos37 all 1 stars (may want to look at the chat log, I see a bit of bigotry), plus gave him deadbeat even though he won, also gave HenzGuderian all 1's and deadbeat even though he didn't miss a turn.
Game 8875604 - Gave fernilenny all 1 stars, deadbeat, reckless, etc, even though he didn't miss a turn, and won.
Game 8869686 - Gave Karats all 1 stars, and dead beat even though he didn't miss a turn.
Comments: I was bored, and noticed this via a thread in Q&A. and stumbled upon his ratings.
