have to agree with OP that there's some secret diplomacy going on here.

I actually only looked at him, because it was clear he is either point dumping, cheating, or has absolutely no idea how to play at all in a completely different game, and just stumbled on that message.

Ironically there was another point dumper in the same exact game, who gave up no less than 5 easy and obvious opportunities for the win. Id have assumed it was to help out the other player, but I won, so its irrelevant to me anyways.

If someone accused him of helping me out, I wouldnt even be able to defend it, since he really did, for whatever reason.
