Comments: This player not only breaks truces and then refuses to admit any wrongdoing, but swears excessively and generally makes playing with him a nightmare. Every poor rating he has ever earned has been thoroughly earned. He should be punished for this unacceptable gaming that is making a poor experience for every other player in his games.

There is no rule about breaking truces. The game chat while rude is also not against the rules. I would suggest that you foe him so he won't be able to join any game that you have already joined and you won't be able to read his game chat or forum posts.
