Accused:

guigui69

The accused are suspected of:
Other: revealing detail and committing suicide in a fog terminator match

Game number(s):

Game 8926045
Comments: yeah, I know i made some low-brow comments, but that was after he was whining about being attacked...i mean seriously, if you can't take people attacking borders, then why play this game? Anyways, I had this douche cornered with his lone army in the Carribean, with a large stack in Cuba. To prevent the inevitable, he announced to all, his location and how many armies i had guarding it. To me, that's a big no-no in a fog match and particularly has implications since it's a terminator game. If this is ok, is it ok to publically manipulate the game and choose who you lose to, decrease the amount of points you give up, meaning lower ranked players will always get shafted in favor of higher ranked? I know i can get rude sometimes and i'll take flak for whatever and keep it at that, but i don't descend to the depths that GUIGUI69 did by manipulating the outcome of a game. I don't care about points lost, but i do have issues when the integreity of the game is being compromised.

It's not against the rules to give out locations or army info in fog.
It's frowned upon and a good way to get people to foe you - but not against the rules.
It's all part of diplomacy, he could be going out false information (for example).

Ex: I can say "red has taken the xxx bonus from me!!!" even tho I still have a army there, to try getting others to believe me and target red.

Throwing a game is one thing, "manipulating" it thru dipolmacy or fog location info is just "cheap tactics".

Foe, rate accordingly + move on.

Agreed with IcePack. It's not agains the rules, but it's bad sportsmanship.
You can use this to your advantage in other games, calling out 'Blue' is weak for anyone to kill, with only 1 troop on his last region. When there is a rather large stack there.

You should rate him accordingly, or foe him altogether.

He could be lying, they would have to believe him.. what if he lied and they wasted troops? Would you be mad then? It is diplomacy

While disclosing where an opponent "might" be in a foggy game, it can be considered less than favorable sportsmanship.
Unless this disclosing/revealing of opponents in foggy games becomes a trend or "dying last breath that you spitting at thee", there is little that the C&A team can/will do.
