Suspect users: Phil2121 & freerider X 666

Comments: Clearly multis - joined on same day, from same country, don't attack each other- one account just irrationally attacks without trying to take a continent while the other establishes himself in continents, the moves have been taken one after the other- literally straight after each other, if you look the same is happening in a different game too that i'm not in: 262446.
