Comments: team2 accused them of an alliance ... I'm merely providing a direct quote from team chat; no mention of an alliance was made in the game chat (therefore, it was a secret alliance)

I'd also like to direct your attention to game 271772, a game in which I was accused of making a secret alliance with team2 via PM. I was repeatedly harassed by all members of the game (LUEsers), especially my teammate, who had the nerve to openly announce that he was harassing me through the team chat. I hope I acted in a reasonable manner, but I'll leave that to the readers to decide.

In the spirit of fairness, however, I'd like some outside opinions on these issues -- Was my communication of secret plans, not just a proposed truce, via PM in violation of the rules of this website? (Note: I explicitly asked Crystallina to announce the truce in the game chat if he/she agreed)

Well asking for a truce(and i assume the plans pertaining to it) thru PM and announcing only if accepted, while not technically illegal seems to be considered by most users(most that i see posting on here at least) to be cowardly and unsportsmanlike. Probably because with that you would get the positive results without any of the negative u'd get from being declined in the main chat.

And for the secret alliance you just can just leave neg feedback if you feel u have a justifiable reason to.

As for the rest, not my job.

Hirashara, Hikoseijuro755 and Hirashara755 have been BUSTED as multis.
