He flat out admitted he was a multi. That he was using 2 accounts to play games. My investigation showed that to be the case. That's against the rules. If he wants to get his account back, he will need to pay the $20 Premium on one of them. Other then that, this case is closed.

On the first statement it could be a brother

The second could be immaturity.
