Please be a little more specific about the secret diplomacy part of your complaint. What round and any other reason that you think it is secret diplomacy.

These 2 are Cleared of being multi accounts but if you truly feel there was diplomacy going on between them then we need to know your reasoning for the accusation.

Without it this will be moved to a Closed case.

round 6 was the suspicious one. They were bordering each other along the indiana/ohio-michigan line. Instead of attacking each other jefe113 went through michigan and ontario to attack me in wisconsin, breaking my set. Then mini j went ahead and attacked me in wisconsin to break that threat. They should have attacked each other but went out of their way to get me:

Secret diplomacy is very hard to prove when there is no smoking gun. Could mini have been weakening you so jefe could finish you off? Very possible. Could it just be a bad move by someone who has only won two game? Again very possible.

Looking at their previous games together I did notice when jefe won mini was the last one eliminated and when mini won jefe was the last eliminated.

With out the hard evidence of wall post or a reported PM there isn't enough to prove secret diplomacy. I am going to NOTE this report for future reference.
