These two constantly play against each other with lord elm always winning, sometimes in just three rounds. In fact, Zulu has never played anyone except Lord Elm. Check their games played log. In game 8645318 they built large adjacent armies without mounting any defense against the other. In game 8628753 they started and finished within 20 minutes and never touched the neutral countries.

lord elm & zulu2511 have been BUSTED.

Can we cancel the game against lord elm, or at least kick him out? Seems strange to have to keep playing against a guy who tried to cheat his way to a win.

Doesn't work that way. If a premium player is busted, they are stripped of their membership, but aren't kicked out of their games.
