Comments: Please see all the below material which condems this user. For the record, I have offered Queen_Herpes an olive branch, as rds will confirm, but I never received any word from him/her/them, therefore he/she/it has obviously rejected the hand of friendship.

Spurious C&A Reports - The report JoshyBoy trolling is baiting, flaming, and trolling me, and is just spurious.

Queen_Herpes also started up nattydread's very own C&A report.

Spamming - Multiple posts, one after the other, not really adding anything relevant.

Intimidation, bullying, and baiting -

User JoshyBoy has continued to flame/bait/troll in the suggestions forum. As a former moderator of the Suggestions Forum, JoshyBoy is fully aware of the rules with respect to posting – especially in the suggestions forum.

JoshyBoy was previously warned by a moderator rdsrds2120 to stay away from my posts and to avoid posting anything negative. JoshyBoy was also warned for a major violation for account sitting abuse here: viewtopic.php?f=239&t=135034&hilit=joshyboy+warned&start=90#p2980255

In a locked thread that JoshyBoy has visited, a moderator clapper011 said this:

Overall, JoshyBoy has shown consistent disrespect for the rules and conventions on conquerclub.com. As JoshyBoy has been warned, perhaps a more helpful punishment is in order.

Check out Natty Dread's other comments in both threads. He repeats the same thing over and over again. While I would be happy to respond to some of Natty Dread's points, because he continues to name me, make comments about my perspective (talking about me "ignoring points being made," etc.) and comments about me "pushing a thread through with brute force." It is clear to me that natty dread is posting about me and not posting about the suggestion. Again, I'm happy to address Natty Dread's comments is only they did not include the flame/bait aspect. This is spam because Natty Dread keeps posting the same thing over and over again. Perhaps Natty feels as though I am ignoring him, and that is partly true, as I do not feel that responding a thread that is (in part) rude and unacceptable somehow baits me into affirming the acceptability of those parts of his posts that are against the rules.

I think QH should receive a warning or a ban.

Frankly, her conduct on her own suggestion threads has always been appalling, but now it has risen up to new levels.

Previously, she has tried to ignore anyone who disagrees with her, and bump her threads up by responding meaninglessly to posts that can be interpreted as positive responses, manipulating threads to make it look like her suggestions have more support than they have. Her strategy is basically, that she keeps pushing her suggestion by brute force, no matter how many people disagrees with them, until the ones who have argued against her get fed up and stop posting. I remember a thread where lots of people complained because QH put up skewed polls that would not allow those who oppose the suggestion to vote their opinion. These kind of manipulative tactics are her forté.

Now, she's going even further, by trying to intimidate and bully people who disagree with her threads. She's filed spurious reports on Joshyboy and me simply because we posted our opinions in her threads. Neither of our posts were in any way disrespectful towards anyone, and were well within CC forum guidelines.

QH herself has been way more disrespectful by her manipulative behaviour on the suggestion forums. Frankly, I don't understand how she has been allowed to continue harassing and trolling people on the suggestions forum as long as she has been. But now it is going too far.

I trust that the mods are able to make the right decision here.

Yeah, I agree, ban her -- but don't look her in the eyes. My dog did that and he is a door stop now.

Quite honestly, this is the key. Her own conduct in her own threads has been so trollish in nature that I find it appalling that she would actually open up C&A threads against others in such a fashion.

She is manipulative and bullyish. She routinely pretends that anything she disagreed with "simply didn't happen" while pandering to even the slightest agreement from someone (even when they actually disagree with her!).

(And now I'm jealous of natty_dread and JoshyBoy.)

I couldn't care less who filed what to who and in what manner. I am merely pointing out the unintended humour with regards to the concept of 'attempted intimidation' and my impression of the thread.

If this thread develops interestingly then I don't doubt I will read into the matter further.

Jefjef, stop trolling. This is a valid complaint. QH has been acting in a disruptive and manipulative way in the suggestions forum for a long time, and it's time this behaviour is addressed. Threatening other posters and filing spurious reports against them in an effort to try to get anyone who disagrees with her suggestions to stop posting in her threads is disruptive behaviour, which should not be allowed in CC.

No, it doesn't, because this is a valid complaint. For once jefjef, stop defending/accusing people based on who you like/dislike and look at the actual actions of people.

jefjef is just jealous because me, natty, and QH are stealing the spotlight away from him.

Let's look at those reports as "misinformed reports". Now that she knows what to do next, I expect that she will not repeat these again or else we can deem similar reports as spurious reports by then.

If you think some posts she made are just repetitive and should not have been made, report those posts by clicking on the exclamation mark button and the moderators in charge of that forum will look into it. The Suggestion forum may need some more stricter guidelines or in need of more moderation if some suggestions becomes a nest of people getting into each other's nerves. I will also say this. If a moderator has already intervened to resolve your issue and yet you refused to listen or follow, do not be surprised if you will get an appropriate action for it instead.

Again, if she repeats similar reports in the future, then we can mark them as spurious. For these 2 reports she recently made, and I am generalizing this to all, I can understand that some of you would think that only in the C&A is where people can get disciplinary measures or matters resolved. It's because they are handled publicly. Multiple reports and issues coming from all the forums are being handled by different moderators as well. They are there to help. Just remember that before you get into any squabble or a personal feud, you have the power to stop it from making it a big deal. If you think someone is posting nonsense, etc. in a particular thread, feel free to bring it to the attention of a moderator. There may be a larger picture that a global/discussion/suggestion moderator know more than some of us in the C&A department are aware of. I have evaluated the cases and I can see both your points. I hope you also see mine. There is no need to make a retaliation C&A report to tell us the other member made a spurious report against you. It makes the C&A forum look like a private arena of people accusing each other of wrongdoing. If you are not guilty of what you are being accused of, then you have nothing to worry about. I am marking this closed.

It was decided that this was not a valid complaint. So obviously I was not defending people based on who I like/dislike. Heck I'd even defend you if it was obvious that you're not guilty of something like I have others that are not friends. Now please cease trolling my posts and have a nice day.
