In our World 2.1 map, the accused and I had agreeded that taking each other's major bonuses was getting us nowhere as a 3rd player was only getting stronger. We had come to the arrangement that I would not attack North or South America, and in exchange he would not attack Africa. A seemingly favorable deal for him, as this puts him 5 troops ahead of me already (+15 for Africa, +20 for both Americas) The deal was set. 2 weeks later I take Scandinavia, a small bonus in Northern Europe worth +2, which had nothing to do with our arragement, his response is to disrupt All my bonuses in Africa, which is worth +15 and was supposed to be untouched.

Game 8141724
Comments: This sort of thing really cheapens the game for me. He had 2 weeks to build troops on my border, which I foolishly left with minimal defences it would appear, then reneged on a deal as soon as it was convenient. What's even more appalling, when writing this report, I look up at the game and notice it's HIS tournament! It's bad enough using cheap tactics in some random pick-up game, but to go through the trouble of making a tournament (which they could easlily tailor to their preferences in order for a better chance of winning) and then feel the need to stoop to this is amazing.
