Comments: It seems suspicious that the 3 new recruits missed all of their turns 3 times and got kicked out.

Not really. Most New Recruits don't even stay long enough to take 1 turn. They think this is all real time, realize it is not, then leave.

Plus, the 3 New Recruits aren't even from the same country.
