Comments: This guy is convinced the other two players in the game are conspiring so now is sending me PDFs of his position on the map to try to get me to conduct secret diplomacy. I want nothing to do with him.

Can you post a screenshot of that message, including the person who sent it just for evidence? Regardless, I would have to note this for now and an informal warning has been sent to him, reminding him about our Secret Diplomacy rule.
