Not sure if VICTORY and stromstuff are Multi or Secret Diplomacy, but seems suspicious to me that they are concentrating on me other than each other. Also Victory and YipYipDog have a lot of games together, and VICTORY and emporium have a lot of games together. VICTORY has also played many games with riflecrank, and others.

I will leave it up to you to see if VICTORY or stromstuff have been cheating.

They are cleared of being multi accounts. As for a possible secret diplomacy, if this is based from Game 8566016, being that this game is a masked by the fog of war, we can never be sure what you guys are seeing from your own point of view. It also happens to be a flat rate game so there is a possibility that players are attacking easy targets for a spoil. Your location on the map is also a factor. Unless you can see that there is a shared "open" border between VIKTORY and stromstuff, and neither is touching the other, then we can only assume anything. Green did assault blue on his last turn on the 11th round. This is inconclusive.
