I played with them in game 8520430. I don't have screen shots. (I warned them of rule #2 in chat). Red said that they were not working together, but Red had the lead the whole game and was the biggest threat. Green never tried to take a bonus from an unprotected boarder. Green had the SE of the board and red had the NE of the board. I (yellow) had the west and Blue north.
Red had 20+ guys on Berlin, Braunschweig and Brandenburg and 3 guys on Niederschlesien when I first noticed. He would build evenly on the 3 contries, but never built on Niederschlesien.
Green did the same building troops on Bayern and Nurnberg yet only having 3 troops on Bohemia. Round 14 green had 30+ on Bayern and put 10 on Baden. I attacked Bayden from Elsab for the spoil card. I left 1 on Baden and had about 30 on Elsab. Greens next move (round 15) was taking all his guys from Bayern and take over Paris. He then moved 30 guys from Nurnberg to Oberpfalz still the whole time only having 3 on Bohemia. He suicied me so his buddy could win.

That move that 99% of CC players would make is to go through Pakistan to get men from Baluchistan to Oman, but red goes through Hormuz and leaves green with his bonus. The game is still very early.

I did already post this. Clang added to it. I had never played with Clang before and don't know him. We both found the game odd. These 2 players have played 15 games together. They don't attack each other because they are friends.

just wanted to reiterate on what dakotabob wrote , i have added the game chat into my accusations . hopefully something gets done but i know its hard to prove secret diplo . It just seemed real fishy to me and especially the last comment by shrekmerunin which he said " Best game ever ." you dont do that when you lose , unless of course you have played a really good game against opponents that played fairly or your teaming with someone , just a thought

I agree that game 8520430 does look suspicious as if red and green made turns to favor each other or made sure that both of them will be the last players to remain in the game. Green seem to favor red in having him win games. However, we still don't have enough to warrant a possible block for secret diplomacy at this time. Feel free to rate them accordingly. This report is noted for future reference in case they get reported once again.

I have screen shots of a few moves that they work together if you want them. Toward the end of the game they ganged up on yellow.

right now Evilone has a great opportunity to take out schrockmerunin and takes his 5 spoil cards. My guess is that he doesn't. I have the current screen shot too.

They do a lot of little moves that help each other. They know about the secret diplomancy rule and since we called them out in chat thay are not making any obvious moves that help each other.

They play a lot of games together and one of them wins every game they play together. They are friends with SSGAirborne and Irishnation who they also play games with. They tried playing doubles for a few games, but now work together in the single games. Long story short, they should not be able to play that many games together. They know each other and it is impossible for them to not be biased to each other when they play.

Evilone (red) had 31 troops and +14 troops due.
yellow had 28 troops and +11 troops due.

red had 3 on makedonia. Green had 9 on pelagonia and 7 on kosovo. Yellow had 5 on republika sepska and 4 on sloionija (sorry if spelling is off). Green put all 16 men on kosovo and went after yellow. He totaly ignored red who was a much bigger threat.
