It makes it much easier for us to investigate if you fill out the form in that matter. I did it for you this time so you will know how in the future.

Anyway, this case is a bit complicated so I will put it to pending for a bit.

Why do you suspect them, just because they are both russian? That is not a good reason to report someone in general, even though you may be right in this case.

i dont suspect them only because they are russians, they also play at the same time

Even if they're busted they will still be able to finish out the games they're already in. So it doesn't matter how long it stays "pending," it will have no effect on your game.
