First of all the game is the Game 8556183

I am wandering if someone played some games 2 years ago and now wants to start again...
He might do not remember neither his old user name nor the password. What he should do? and how you can be sure which was his account and that he is really multi?

This guy's a sore loser and has no proof. I emailed the admins to check if I have an account from a long time ago and requested that they delete it if I do. Below is the conversation that I had with gnostic, to clear the air.

Heres the response I got from an admin.

"Hi Matt,

So far, you look clean, which means I don't see you having any old accounts before.

Sometimes, we can't help if some people accuse anyone new once they get beaten in a game. It's as if new accounts "are not allowed" to win in their first games. Don't mind them. If you are not guilty of any wrongdoing, then you are or will be cleared.

Btw, not saying you do, but they wont delete the account if they do find it. That doesn't happen here.

IP scans are done at first to determine if they have a chance at being a multi or not.

And even on the rules page it addresses this.

Rule #1: No multiple accounts

Multiple accounts are discovered by routine scans and community cheating reports. They are strictly forbidden whether or not they play in the same games or are even in use. If you suspect certain accounts belong to the same person, please report it following the instructions at the top of the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum.

You can also easily click on the Help tab if you can't remember you're old account.

I did not find anything at the help tab about forgetting both the user name and the password

In addition I am pretty sure that there is no way to find a multie who played with an other account 2 years ago by IP scans.

It happens all the time actually. Players have been busted in 2010 with an account that was last active way back in 2007.

Well I don't have two accounts so it doesn't matter. If you go look at gnostic's other games, all he does is bitch at people in the chat. He's just a bitter person. What he says is meaningless.

Under the help tab you can file an e-ticket, or on the sign in page there is a link for lost passwords.

We do have our ways of checking things. Just remember nothing is fool proof.
