You may want to add evidence as to why you think they are multi's.

Some proxies can change that, I'm sure.

After studying web proxy use for several months we've discovered that much less than 1% of our membership visits Conquer Club through web proxies and a large portion of this proxy use is by members with multiple accounts. We decided to block access to Conquer Club through web proxies to help our multi hunters enforce the rules and keep out the bad guys.

So, as I thought, proxies can change the flag, but I was unaware lack blocked proxy access. We learn something new every day! Now, back to the original topic, they did go a while without attacking any major bonus of the other, but they did attack others. They might have had secret diplomacy via PM. It's a little leery. That's also their only game together, so diplomacy would be much more likely than multiism.

I'm sorry if i stated something that isn't true. However their turns are dodgy. Especially the turn after which i immediately posted this topic. They moved very quickly after eachother, and i didn't post this simply because they attacked me, they do attack each other. However it seems to be a team up.

If you think that it's "team up" then why not adjust your accusation to reflect that and add some evidence that leads to that suspicion. Statements like "their turns are dodgy" do not qualify as evidence.
