The three of us in this game know each other. Hunter18 is notorious for secret diplomacy in board games of Risk, so I was a little hesitant when Lui-Slamo and Hunter18 asked me to join a game with him. Shortly after starting the game, I was told by a third party that Lui-Slamo and Hunter18 had made an alliance. When I asked them they denied it. When it came time for my first turn, I saw that both of them were able to get a continent on their first turns, and Hunter18 had left his Southeast Coast border in Tanzania completely unprotected. When Lui-Slamo didn't break Hunter18's bonus on his turn, I told him I was going to report them for secret diplomacy, which is why they made their truce official in the game chat. However, they operated this truce for the first two turns of the game in secret.
