Multis: tigermoth and arndale [Cleared]

Comments: Arndale is obviously a brand new user created by tigermoth to win at 3 player game 2 vs 1. They are taking turns at close to the same time. The last one was 34 seconds from the end of 1 turn to the start of the other. Arndale showed no interest in taking the US even though it was wide opened to him. Arndale and Tigermoth show no interest in attacking each other. For several turns Arndale would log on and deploy and do nothing else. Most of the time he didn't even try to get a card. Tigermoth was/is worried Ardale would get too strong and that it would be a pain to take him/himself out to the win the game after I have been eliminated. So he is purposefully keeping him weakish, by not having him take cards or continents.
