Comments: He had 80 and 27 to kill 1 army and didn't do it to let it go for another round. The other player had 4 cards too and was likely to cash, thus dragging it out even longer.

Well he attacked in that area then did a couple attacks around Manila and ended assault then he forted everything over there.

Could he have accidentally ended assault? I know I and many others have. More than once.

Maybe you should file a deadbeat complaint on Barney. Oh wait. 1 missed turn is not deadbeating just as 1 turn of surrounding a single tert is not hostage holding.

Looking at it today, I should not have gone as far as posting this report and I hereby withdraw/cancel it.

Oh, and jefjef: The bastard in my comment you copied (see below), was the fact that the dice failed me in a 11 v 3 attack, not another player.
