Being Stupid
I beat him 3 of 3 in a tourny, no talk, i get the worst rating ever got, his profile says he is president of CC for years, who tf is he, oh, he also foed me

Players are allowed to foe whoever they like, And the "President of CC" was a tourney he won. And you will need more than 1 case for Ratings Abuse to be considered.

Being stupid is not against the rules here at CC.
phillipm I consider this to be a spurious report. If you have a complaint then by all means file a complaint. You don't like your ratings talk to the person who rated you. He foed you, after reading this thread I can't say that I blame him.
