The accused are suspected of: Agreeing on clan clan war games and changing the game to suit there clan.Dont know what rule they broke besides just being a complete liers (surprise) but they should NEVER have clan privileges again. How sad a clan leader would lie and try and cover it up to change the 41st game of a clan war they are gonna loose. Pretty pathetic and i hope they get what they deserve from CC.

Great-Ollie is the contact for your clan and has not mentioned this in the thread or myself. Please deal with the war via your contact.

Okay y'all need to get with Ollie and I have no idea why you haven't. The losing clan was supposed to pick the game/settings. In event of a tie KOA was to pick the game, the Pack the settings. When Ollie pm'd me yesterday I FORGOT about the we pick both and we just picked the map (Egypt Nubia) and the Pack picked the settings and Ollie set the game up-IT'S ALREADY ACTIVE!!! If there was another agreement about random (which is in the war thread as NO RANDOM) then I guess Ollie would not have picked the settings and set the game up?

My memory says the very beginning was random, but I don't have valid proof. There is a reason clan wars have primary contacts, and those 2 need to clarify the 41st game. Given that both teams filled game number 41 and it's ongoing would suggest that it is ok by Great-Ollie. The key response needs to be from Great-Ollie and hope they can figure this out via pm.

Thats cool as long as everybody understands the joke these two are, It is fact the original setting was random map. They can cheat all they want, they will loose anyways. And GO agreed at the end cause we are all ready to not have to play these two again.

Oh and jefjef if i edited the post one of you would have said something....this is your post right after mine and you didnt question it...i wonder why....

It is what was negotiated and agreed upon. Were you left out of that?

Is flaming and baiting the way you handle things? Maybe you should communicate with your co-leader...cuz i guess his "oh yeah, what map do you want to play-I'll set it up" really sounded like he was just going along with it. And for someone that just wants this to end you sure love to stir things up. Grow up and move on.

You must have messed up, this was directed tords me and not jefjef.....

there was some shady things jefjef related in our clan war as well. it was the most unpleasant clan war experience ive ever had, lol. but i dont think its against any real rules. hes allowed to be a shitbag if he wants to be. perhaps you should just be more careful to play against more honorable clans in the future...

Ollie has already come out in the thread and confirmed that he and Megas agreed to let KOA choose the map in the 41st game (though it was clearly more of to let things move along than anything else). There is a lot of evidence that random map was the original, but if Ollie agreed later to let KOA choose the map, this case is really closed.

There are plenty of testimonials about JefJef being given from all over the place. Everyone should know who he is by now, so if people continue to want to deal with his clan (thereby him), that is their decision. Ollie said some very nice words about Megas, so I don't think all hope is lost for KOA to right the ship.

Yeah. I've done more to help clean up this site than all of those giving "testimonials" have done combined. I have contributed to no fewer than 59 busted accounts.

I'm guessing some of them were your's and hwhrhett's buddies.

I strongly suggest you and hwhrhett and Deere and friends walk away and end this smear campaign. It's no secret some of you have had warnings and vacations due to your activities against me.

Hey hrhrhett. How about you go into the "shady things" you are referring to. NVM I will. I have you and some of your pards foed and I refused to play anymore of those games vs you. That isn't shady hett. That's just your feelings being hurt.

I challenge all those giving "testimonials" to come up with a single games that I have cheated in or used underhanded tactics. You can't.

There were unpleasant things in that war on your end also Hwhrhett don't forget that part. There was no cheating in that war-nor was there in this war. And JJ having several people on foe in your clan was the main issue and that has been taken out of the equation now since they changed how the new wars work. And JJ was not part of the decision making process in the BOFM clan war so this is neither the time or place to be bringing that up.

Ok Guys Lets Calm It Down.

Deere made a mistake, he didnt know of the changes and felt aggrieved. We all make mistakes from time to time. Even me. Megas and JefJef, you both need to calm down. In my eyes the report is not spurious at all but an honest mistake, there is no need to be aggrieved at every little thing directed at you. Same applies to John as well.

Looking at it, it looks like you have had a clan war that has been marred by this incident. Personally I think all parties need to drop it and move on. Take 10 deep breaths and think about what happens next. This could turn ugly or just go away. I know which one I'd prefer.

Go through the clan directors for this. And jef just because you have contributed to '59 busted accounts'. Doesnt give you the right to be all high and mighty.
Even i remember it being a random game. If great ollie (who i assume is the other clan leader) has an issue with how the challenge went, he can pm jp or masli or any of the newbie cd's.

This is more of a clan issue than a cheating & abuse case. Try to settle this with the clan directors since this would involve possible clan privileges or corrections. Moving this to Closed.
