Accused:

grablett
pretorius77

The accused are suspected of:

Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Game number(s):

Game 8198083

Comments:
I actually was just joking about this in the game chat, then I went back and looked. In the last 13 rounds since territories were established across the map these two have not attacked each other at all. Green has taken 2 territories from red in the whole time. They are instead going against everyone else. It may just be coincidence but still worth looking into since it has been so many rounds.

Game 8198083 is a fog-of-war type of game and the map has too many regions. Do they have borders that are next to each other and are they unguarded?

I have seen 4 borders near the center that red and green have taken from myself. No more exchange of territories there. The honey cells are no longer neutral either. Instead of taking a 10 stack from green and breaking bonuses red attacks my 40 stacks to kill my defense on my cells. It may just be red's playstyle but the game is being handed over to green with red breaking any bonuses of the other players.

I have now been eliminated, G13/H14 was left 1/1 Green on G and Red on H. They are blatantly ignoring each other and eliminating everyone else first.

Nvm about this, seems the truce was 20 rounds so they are now attacking each other. Wish they would have called it in game chat at least.

I didn't see anything about 20 round truce in chat. :?

This is on Pretorius wall (Not same game though)

Hi we are in the same game, we need to sort something out as it looks like we are going for same area and we will both lose too many troops!

Seems like blatant secret diplomacy to me.

Being that this is a secret diplomacy case, whether guilty or not, the accused would still be allowed to finish the game anyway. The problem with fog-of-war games is that we can't know for sure until the fog is lifted and or what do people see from their own view of the map during the game. Based from your explanation, it does look suspicious on them. I will have to note this for now until we get more evidence or possible future reports should they continue to show questionable plays in their games together. Feel free to rate them accordingly.

As for that side report pertaining to ianphull, I would consider what he posted on pretorius77's wall border-lining the secret diplomacy rule. Being still relatively new, I sent him a reminder about the rules and not to tiptoe with that kind of wall message again.
