Assassin game I won in 3 rounds, 1 star given for attitute, fairplay and gameplay. Also tagged as a backstabber, suicider, sore loser and quitter.

I won. The other four players who played in the game were not rated by him, just me, presumeably because I won.

Ratings he is leaving for other players, there isn't a lot of them on his ratings left page but average ratings have been left for other people that beat him.
If that is the way his ratings are going to be handed out then you should nip this one in the bud before he gets started as everybody that beats him will just get abuse.

It's not abuse - he clearly just didn't understand what happened and was upset about it. Probably didn't know he was in an assassin game!

I played a manual doubles game on Lux recently, and my team won in the first round of attacking through excellent dice. I got given a bad rating presumably because the other player simply had no idea why he wasn't even allowed to have an attack!

Have you sent him a PM explaining what happened and asking him to remove the rating?


And as for your last comment, he leaves mostly 3 stars... average... what's wrong with that? Seems like he rates most people the way the rest of us should be rating people! Why should someone get a 5 star rating for gameplay for simply winning a 1v1 game on a simple map?

Yes he rated you wrong. There was no reason to rate you like that based on your interactions with each other in the 1 game you played in. Its obvious he didnt understand the gameplay of assassin and rated you poorly because he thought he was wronged.

However, this is one instance. Ratings abuse is gross abuse of the ratings system. It would need to be on a larger scale then just one instance. As per what I quoted above if this happens you need to contact the member and try to work it out. He can remove it or not, next step is to explain why you received that rating in the rating explanation area, Foe him and Move On.

I have sent a PM to him explaining the process of ratings, and the assassin gameplay and telling him misusing it like this will lead to abuse and will lead to disciplinary actions for it.
