Different issue, same player...WiseViking also quits speed games once you're winning them handily, leaving you to sit through his timeouts. He's done it to me enough times that I foed him for it.

One thing that stands out is he doesn't rate all his opponents. Just those he apparently really dislikes.

LOL i never realiazed but he rated me all 1's as well and we still play a lot of games together. Why would you not foe someone if you disliked them enough to rate them all 1's?

he only foes you if you beat him =I
if he hates you, he will rate you badly, but he won't foe you if he can get points from you.
he foed me our first game, but he accidentally joins games I'm in.
I suspect he is some kind of high-functioning retard, or 7 year old aspiring mad scientist.

Typically, WiseViking will foe you if you join several games of his within a short period of time (say...a week). He prefers a varied opponent. I doubt it was actually because you beat him, but rather because he didn't want you to keep joining his games. In fact, he even hints at that in the text you quoted.

He foed me for the same reason, and later on un-foed me.

If this gets more then a warning I would be surprised, and let me know if it does.
