he was using sarcasm. All 3 of those accounts you played against are friends/relatives. Checking over the games that they have played in it appears at this time that they all play to win and dont use SD in any of them that involves other players.. For now this is Cleared, if these 3 show signs of playing games in a dishonest manner then it will be re-addressed.

What i am saying is no cheating transpired here. All 3 of them played as individuals, as they have in every other game they are in. Just because you have real life friends doesnt mean that the only games you can play with each other have to be private ones, as long as everyone is playing the game in the appropriate manner and not violating rules then you and your friends can play in public games with other people. But the minute you start favoring other players in a secret diplomacy manner will be the minute you fall subject to the disciplinary actions for that infraction. At this time they are not exhibiting those traits and therefor were Cleared.

The best move for you to do now would be to Foe &/or Rate Accordingly. Although I am interested in what you mean by "you will punish them", but I dont advise it for your sake to stir up trouble.
