Comments: Both sweepy and allah have been attacking me, both left their borders open with 1s and even when red was the most powerful blue still attacked me.

I think secret diplomacy here.

But you won... Methinks red wasn't, in fact, the strongest at the time. I suppose it's still possible if what you say is true, but, I mean, it's not like you lost on account of their secret diplomacy, even if they actually did conduct secret diplomacy.

Having been convicted of Secret Diplomacy before, I'd say gl with your claim. Though they may have picked on you, it kind of seems like you might need more evidence to back this up.

So what triggered the secret diplomacy accusation is when blue made his turn on the 10th round and assaulted green. I would suspect that blue just miscalculated red's capability to eliminate him when he attempted to spread his troops up to the Hokkaido zone. This is CLEARED.
