Comments: I broke Snoogins to discover he wasn't defending at klassebak at all. This made me suspicious but i didn't accuse them of cheating at the time. After the game was over and I won Snoogins took some shots at me in chat and accused me of cheating with another player. I went to Snoogins' wall to leave him bad feedback only to read Klassebak and Snoogins had been discussing strategy on eachother's walls without posting anything in chat.
[EDIT]- This is not the first formal request filed against snoogins for secret diplomacy. Here are the other formal requests filed against him.

I want to stick with the facts in this post so will keep my personal feelings of Snoogins out of it but they clearly were discussing strategy and had an alliance that they formulated outside of the game chat. I didn't want them to delete there walls, so I've copied and pasted there wall chat into this post

[Edit]- Obviously Snoogins and Myself don't care for each other from this situation. We have exchanged words in the chat, on each others walls and he even PM'd me. Since these messages are going nowhere I am going to cease contacting him. I've allowed him the last word in the game chat, PM and on the walls.
Snoogins has been involved in secret diplomacy against me at least twice. The first one he was busted with a screen shot and warned. This time I didn't get a screen shot of Snoogins wall but have posted the contents here and was able to provide screen shots of Klassebak's wall below. He was noted for suspicion of having secret diplomacy a third time, was busted for multiple accounts on a separate occasion and warned for ratings abuse.
I personally feel he should be banned from CC but will drop the subject now. I just want it recorded.

They have been working together the whole time I think. They have been trading the same land over and over again to get a card. I would not have a problem with it normally except they did not announce it. Itsead they both have been sneaky. I am giving them both negative reviews. As I explained...there was nothing to attack without me attacking from Mexico (my 35 armies to his 54) Alaska (my 45 armies to his 50) and Finland (my 40 armies to his 50). I had no choice. I messaged you about it before I did it. I am not trying to be sneaky. Those are the facts. Trade British Isle with me each turn and we will be fine. I am getting ready for a big attack in Alaska when you say the word to go all out. I will honor our truce until the game is over. Not to worry man.

No...I have not much left. Used them all on Pink and really weakened him. You should have done the same and he would have been gone. Instead now he is rebuilding as I though because he and Blue have had a secret alliance the whole game. I am giving them both bad ratings and notifying Conquer Clue of there cheating and breaking the rules. I am done with this game and am quitting in protest. Good Luck

HE JUST WIPED ME OUT OF THE GAME. I JUST USED ALL I HAD ON HIM AND REALLY WEAKENED HIM. IF YOU CAN ATTACK I WOULD DO IT NOW BEFORE HE CAN REGROUP. I TOOK 4 OF HIS BONUS BUT USED EVERYTHING I HAD. HE IS WEAKENED. ATTACK HIM NOW IF YOU WANT A CHANCE AT THIS GAME. GOOD LUCK MAN.. I AM DONE HERE.

Damn....I really need cards too. Ok, fine. I will not attack you which means I wont be able to get a card this round either. You owe me one. Please move your armies in France up to Poland to give me a little room so if you make the mistake it wont kill me not being able to get a card again. I will not attack you in Africa. Hey man...you need to Take Britich Isle each tun so I have something to attack to get a card. I cant go into Hawaii, Sakha or Moskva this turn as he has me almost 2 to 1. The only thing I can do this turn is to attack Columbia for a card but I will leave only 1 there so you can take it back. Please lets just keep trading British Isle so we can get our card. I cant attack Blue either as I dont have acsess to him either. Thanks

ok. Good luck on your end. He sent me a private message wanting to know if I wanted to team up with him and take you out. I told him no and that it was very sneaky of him. I think it pissed him off. I told him you and I have a truce and we stated it in chat. I think he may be attcking either you or I very soon.

Hey man. I will be pulling my armies out of Iceland because I need them for Pink. He has like 25-30 armies on each of his territories....hiding them. He is about to lauch a massive attack. I thin we should team up to stop him if you can go at him though Australia.
