this is a disgusting breach of my reputation - my reply 'ok' was in sarcasm and anybody who wants to follow the game can see that I did not react in the suggested way. Be careful what you write about me levied accusations as I'm a lawyer and take slurs on my image EXTREMELY seriously.

Hey scuzza, I don't think it is appropriate to threaten someone for making, what on the face of it is an entirely legitimate report. Lighten up this a gaming site, and if you are so worried about your reputation a post like yours will do nothing to enhance it.

Actually whether the report is legitimate or obviously spurious threats are uncalled for.

I love the education a lawyer must go through these days... Someone needs to update the bar requirements to require in-depth knowledge of grammar...

a little more investigative procedure should be implemented prior to labeling a player with the title of 'cheat' are you familar with the british legal ethic which states 'innocent until proven guilty' - the patten of the game speaks volumes. You may question my ethical credentials but I urge you to take caution from here,

Okay, but seriously, you haven't been labeled a cheat. This is the equivalent of a police investigation due to a tip on their hotline. If you haven't done anything, then you shouldn't be scared.

I would reply to this but regrettably I don't speak your language, I can do english, french, spanish and german but this appears to be a new tongue that i'm not familiar with - perhaps one created for 'special' people ?

You're missing the point entirely, it's a matter of justice and who sad anything about being scared - haha (though it did make me laugh) - My point is that I was sent a message asking me to act in a certain way in a game, I replied "ok", which was meant in a saracstic way (the non native english may not get that) - at this point the game pattern should have been followed to see what direction it went it - lasiness on the mod in question meant it was easier for him to just fire out a warning and plaster it on a forum. The reality is that the game pattern did not change. If I was defending a client on these grounds I would feel 100% confident that not only would be client be fully pardoned, but compensation too. I'm suggesting my rank is increased to Colonel without further delay !!!!

Now this is a fun thread. I do hope ES grants you that vacation you desperately need and deserve for your baiting and flaming of him.

BTW. Improper punctuation, capitalization and word usage in every one of your posts kind of makes you appear challenged.

ok = Agreement.
Ok = Agreement.
OK = Angry agreement or Sarcasm.

You should find a competent attorney to handle your case. OK?
