In the game 8060208 that I am currently in, you can see he is posting on player blue's wall trying to make an alliance, and if you read other posts on his wall, it looks like he's done this in previous games.

Alex thanks for the screen shot. I was looking a the wall of dark blue and couldn't find anything.
